Shilajit Resin Dosage:

Add a small pea-sized scoop to warm water 2-3 times daily.

It's recommended to have a 6 week on and 2 weeks off dosage schedule!

If you're not feeling results, double the dosage- you can never take too much shilajit.

How should I store my Shilajit?

Shilajit, like honey, never goes bad and does not need refrigeration. When refrigerated or cold, Shilajit becomes hard and difficult to scoop.

When Shilajit is in a warmer environment, it becomes soft and closer to a liquid state. It can tend to move around in the jar if sitting sideways- try to always keep jar upright with the lid on.

Shilajit has a moisture content that diminishes over time from opening and closing the lid- overtime Shilajit will harden. When this happens, add a few drops of spring or distilled water and let it sit overnight to absorb. Don't try to mix the added drops of water, you won't be able to. Let the water fully dissolve and absorb for about 12 hours. Repeat as necessary!

White Shilajit Dosage:

Add a slightly smaller sized piece of this than you would the resin to any temperature of water or juice. You don't need as much as you would the resin, given it's higher potency.
